東山紀之20年來當鐵人　每天千下伏地挺身伺候

【蘇威全╱綜合報導】傑尼斯資深偶像東山紀之最近為日本TBS電視台新年特別節目《職棒戰力外通告》擔任旁白，介紹今年因表現欠佳，被球團解雇職棒選手的心聲。47歲的他表示：「20年來，我保持每天固定做1000下伏地挺身的習慣，雖然偶爾也會想偷懶，但還是熬過來了。因為這是為了隨時能站上舞台的基本準備工作。」
 
他3年前與女星木村佳乃閃婚，陸續生了兩個女兒，他之前受訪表示常幫女兒換尿布，女兒半夜哭鬧不睡，也會起床安撫，似乎很享受當奶爸的幸福滋味，他也很感謝老婆木村佳乃對家庭的付出。。
