警鎖贓車後輪　竊嫌騎車時跌倒被逮

【王勇超／高雄報導】三民二分局今日表示，嫌犯蔡姓男子（40歲，有毒品、竊盜前科）鎖定中古機車龍頭鎖容易開的特性，隨身攜帶4把機車鑰匙，在高雄市區偷車做為代步工具，周四警方巡邏在路邊發現1輛報竊贓車，研判竊嫌可能會再回來取車，派出便衣警員在附近埋伏，為了預防竊嫌騎機車逃走，還在贓車後輪上大鎖。

當天下午3時許，警方見蔡嫌現身發動機車，立刻上前逮人，蔡心虛之下，加緊油門要逃離現場，結果因為後輪被上鎖，當場人車倒地被逮。蔡嫌一度裝傻質疑警方：「為何鎖我的車？」經警方曉以大義，告知：「早就鎖定你了！」他才坦承犯案。警方清查，蔡嫌最少涉及8起機車竊案，訊後依竊盜罪嫌送辦。
