舉牌討裝潢費　看板洩個資遭判拘役40天

【胡治言／綜合報導】張姓裝潢公司員工為向徐姓客戶催討裝潢工程費，舉著寫有徐姓客戶個資的看板，到徐家樓下站崗討裝潢費，被控違反個人資料保護法。

今日出刊的《聯合報》報導，法官認為，裝潢公司使用個資僅限與工程相關的資料建檔，除此不得揭露，張姓員工站在徐家樓下舉看板揭露個資，已逾越個資使用範圍，新北地院法官昨判張拘役40天，得易科罰金。
