美河市案　郝龍斌：若官員涉案絕不寬貸

【郭美瑜／台北報導】北市捷運局與日勝生公司開發捷運共構宅「美河市」傳貪瀆弊案，台北市長郝龍斌今說，此案在他上任前定案，若市府同仁涉及不法，絕不寬貸。

北市議員鍾小平今天下午也召開記者會表示，該案絕大多數土地為市府持有，日勝生僅占小部分，建案的總樓地板面積12萬1189坪，建築總戶數約2100戶，市府與建商分回比僅3比7。 鍾小平說，他向業界徵詢該案建築成本，估算每坪成本9萬至10萬元、總建築成本約120億元，日勝生還以市府土地貸款124億元蓋屋；總出售金額若以平均每坪40萬元估算，扣掉建築成本，日勝生賺進近200億元。

鍾小平批「這是什麼城市治理」？他籲請檢方一併調查捷運局官員、鑑價委員責任，並要求市府再向日勝生追討百億元的不當利得，否則他將向監察院告發市府官員瀆職。
