水飄不一定是要有"積水"

看影片中車輪已經能捲起大片水花，雖然還不到積水，但是已經足夠造成輪胎打滑了
只要天時地利人和都到齊.....(速度快+潮濕的斑馬線+瞬間方向盤打過頭)

好鎮定的駕駛，一點下車幫忙的念頭都沒有
