習近平卡通化短片　成中共宣傳工具

【大陸中心╱綜合外電報導】十八屆三中全會後，中共首次派出多批海外宣講團，分赴非洲、拉美、歐洲、中亞等地區，宣講三中全會精神，這次在宣講會上播出介紹中國政治制度的兩部短片，其中一部是中共總書記習近平以卡通形象現身的《領導人是怎樣煉成的》。

約5分鐘的卡通動畫影片「領導人是怎樣煉成的」以搞笑的方式，介紹中國領導人「中國功夫式」的長期鍛煉及選舉辦法，據稱在播放過程中，不時引發現場外國人大笑。

這段影片其實大約3個月前就在網上流傳，上傳後2天內在中國網路上的點擊率超過百萬次，引起網友熱議。
