砍妻殺岳母　男子竟4度判死不成

針對男子沈江田，將岳母和妻子狂砍數十刀砍到幾乎身首異處一案，經花蓮高分院4度判決死刑後，最高法院在今（18）日已犯罪事實未釐清為由，撤銷死刑判決，將全案發回更審。

根據了解，3年前沈江田僅因妻子不願隨其搬回雲林老家，竟憤而花3百元購買一把菜刀，趕赴妻子和岳母花蓮住處，瘋狂砍殺，因此被花蓮高分院4度判處死刑，認為沈江田已屬泯滅人性，有處極刑必要。

但全案經上訴最高法院後，被認定尚有犯罪事實未釐清，因此撤銷死刑判決，將全案發回更審。對於最高法院判決結果，死者家屬表示，希望法院能判處沈江田死刑，以免家屬再遭恐嚇。
