南市今年查獲26件網拍環境用藥

台南市政府環保局今天表示，加強稽查網路違法廣告環境用藥情形，今年共在網站購物台查獲26件違規網拍環境用藥案，除了依環境用藥管理法裁處罰款，並要求下架，裁罰金額共156萬元。違規網拍環境用藥，將被依違反環境用藥管理法第48條，處6至30萬元罰款。
