大學漲價案　教長：續與欲漲價的3校溝通

【蔡永彬／台北報導】淡江、實踐、大葉、世新4所大學上周向教育部申請調漲大學部學雜費，大葉遭教育部勸退，昨天已經撤回調漲案。教育部部長蔣偉寧早上表示，他希望能建立學雜費調整的常態機制，這次有許多學校條件符合卻沒有漲，代表「共體時艱」；他將持續和其他3校溝通，但如果此3校堅持調漲，也會照程序審查。

蔣偉寧表示，審議漲學費的委員會已經成立，沒有預設立場，如果因為學雜費長期不能調整影響教學品質，也不是很好。
