業者販售劣質滅火器！遍及南部　連高鐵也遭殃

台南地檢署檢方接獲民眾檢舉，指出有5間不肖業者販售不符合安全標準的滅火器，牟取暴利，有多間學校、飯店受害，就連嘉義、台南、左營3個高鐵站也中標。12日檢方傳喚13人，並以業務上登載不實、詐欺取財等罪，分別以5萬元及10萬元交保。

檢方調查後發現，有3間廠商沒有將回收後的鋼瓶做水壓測試，就把藥粉填充進去，可能因此導致鋼瓶瓶身生鏽穿孔、洩壓無法噴射，另外，有2家廠商用二手、未經認證的藥粉填充滅火器，欺騙消費者，都會造成火災發生時，無法有效撲滅火勢，嚴重影響消防安全的實施。

這些廠商偷工減料，以成本低廉的材料賺取暴利，受害者包括數間飯店、學校，就連高鐵南部的嘉義、台南、左營站也有600多支滅火器，出自這些廠商。

檢方11日已對這些廠商進行搜索，並在12日傳喚13位相關涉案人到案說明，以業務上登載不實、詐欺取財等罪，分別以5萬元及10萬元交保，也請相關單位全面清查這些劣質的滅火器。
