基隆風車鴨換新裝　陪民眾渡聖誕

【戴之聖／基隆報導】基隆黃色小鴨有5大展區，其中位在月眉路上的風車鴨園區，是用10萬支風車所組成的小鴨，長寬各有80公尺，今天下午小鴨悄悄換上聖誕造型的新裝，工作人員為小鴨戴上由2萬支風車所組成的聖誕帽，並預計在明日下午5時許舉行聖誕派對，現場更有壓軸長達3百秒的巨型煙火秀，還有許多美食與小鴨聖誕市集，以及豐富有趣的DIY體驗，吃、喝、玩、樂一應俱全。
