高雄屋頂設農場里都說讚

高雄市今年積極推動綠能屋頂計畫，選出三民區行政中心進行屋頂改造，加太陽能光電板，再設菜園，整合成光電農園，高雄市長陳菊授旗給三民區安邦里民組成城市農夫農耕隊，20名里民參與種下菜苗。

安邦里里民蔡榮泰戴上斗笠把綠苗種入土地，他說，在都市裡很少能找得到可以種菜的地方，今後可以跟老婆一起到屋頂種菜，既健康又能種出安全的菜，他種的是筒篙，很快就可以收成。

工務局長楊明州說，利用屋頂閒置空間，規畫光電農園，根據專家評估，做綠屋頂節能減碳，4平方公尺就可以產生一噸冷氣的冷卻效果，等於創造了綠能。

楊明州說，工務局從明年起，也要鼓勵民眾做屋頂立體綠化，目前工務局已擬好鼓勵辦法，要全面推動公私有建築物設置綠屋頂。
