「日月明功」靈修虐殺案　兩成員收押禁見

最新消息！「日月明功」靈修虐殺案，在相關涉案凶嫌到案後，今（13）日凌晨創教主陳巧明、四大護法之一的許愛珍及其丈夫劉享易，與另名日月明功成員林甫朋被彰化地檢署檢方依妨害自由及傷害致死等罪嫌聲請羈押；全案經彰化地方法院羈押庭審理後，劉享易和林甫朋已被裁定羈押禁見，相關被聲押被告仍陸續審理中。

針對「日月明功」靈修虐殺案，彰化地檢署檢方昨日兵分4路同步對9個處所發動搜索後，將創教主陳巧明及其麾下「四大護法」劉秀鳳、許愛珍、蔡淑芳、賴悅秋，與許愛珍丈夫劉享易、日月明功成員林甫朋等相關涉案凶嫌拘提後，移送刑事局中部打擊犯罪中心偵訊。

全案經彰化地檢署檢方複訊後，認為創教主陳巧明、四大護法之一的許愛珍及其丈夫劉享易，與另名日月明功成員林甫朋等四名被告，犯罪嫌疑重大並有串證逃亡之虞，在今天清晨向彰化地方法院聲請羈押；目前劉享易、林甫朋已被裁定羈押禁見，相關被聲押被告仍陸續審理中。
