小魯蛇我從九月開始找工作 陸陸續續也面試蠻多間公司 但最近面試的兩三間公司 讓我蠻無言的 無論是電話通知或mail聯繫我都按照他們的指示 但到了公司開始面試 我才發現根本不是面試 面試官只是在介紹這個職務的工作項目和福利 其實根本就是按照網站上的工作介紹照念一遍 完全沒有要叫我自我介紹或者問我問題的意思 然後介紹完就說我們會在X天內通知,沒有通知的話就可能不好意思 整個過程不到五分鐘就結束了 簡而言之人家連演戲都不想跟你演 我真搞不懂找我面試到底要幹嘛 每次面試都得從淡水到台北市中心或更遠的地方 更別說其他面試者可能從外縣市到台北來一趟就是為了面試 這樣的狀況到底是人資篩選出了問題? 還是單純得不到面試官的緣?! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.100.121.55
