（軍聞社記者林敬傑臺北七日電）為深入瞭解部隊實況，協助基層解決問題，參謀總長高廣圻上將今日無預警視導北部地區國軍部隊，轉達國防部長嚴明慰勉官兵辛勞之意，並叮囑單位幹部貫徹國軍各項軍紀要求事項，確保部隊戰力與維護國軍榮譽形象。

　高總長上午由國防部聯參單位主管陪同，先後視導憲兵601連、防空飛彈部隊和陸軍關渡指揮部砲兵營等單位，實地瞭解官兵生活設施、裝備保養勤務及衛哨、戰備值勤情形，要求各單位留值幹部持恆強化官兵體能訓練等各項工作，確保部隊戰力堅實。

　總長相當關心國軍招募成效，仔細詢問各單位志願役留營及人才招募現況，勉勵各級幹部應持續提高官兵生活品質，營造和諧工作環境，留用技術嫻熟、經驗豐富的優秀官兵，以充實基層人力資源，厚植國軍整體戰力。

　視導期間，總長指示各單位須落實戰備訓練安全規定，依標準作業程序執行裝備保養，維持高妥善率，以精進戰備訓練成效，提升整體戰力；同時落實營區安全防護，主動掌握營區周邊人事物狀況，並做好門禁管制及檢查工作，維護部隊純淨與營區整體安全。
