華航續引新機 蟬聯理想品牌

（中央社記者卞金峰桃園機場7日電）中華航空5日獲頒「管理雜誌」2014年台灣全區消費者心目中理想品牌調查排行榜的航空公司品項第1名。華航連續5年獲選。

華航今天指出，這是華航繼獲得經理人月刊「2013影響力品牌大調查」航空類首獎、「30」雜誌2013年度「Young 世代品牌大調查」航空類「最愛使用品牌」第1名、讀者文摘雜誌「信譽品牌」金牌獎，及遠見雜誌「傑出服務獎」國際航空類第1名後的第5項肯定；航空服務品牌五冠王的頭銜，實至名歸。

「管理雜誌」的「消費者心目中理想品牌調查」自1984年創立，是指在同一類產品當中，不經提醒及任何引導下，由消費者直覺說出理想品牌名稱，藉此看出品牌在消費者心目中的地位。

華航指出，將繼續提供旅客用心、細心、主動、互動、感動「兩心三動」服務外，也在硬體上持續更新。

2013年3至5月華航已引進3架全新B737-800客機，12月3日剛交機1架全新A330-300；2014年開始則將陸續引進10架B777-300ER；2016年起再分批交機14架A350-900。
