雙刀刺外公臥血泊　幻聽孫「救世界」無罪

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】1名林姓男子(28歲)疑患精神疾病，常有「釣魚台衝突，第三次世界大戰將開打」等幻聽，他稱外公身體遭「邪靈入侵」，持刀刺死外公(99歲)欲「拯救全世界」；士林地方法院認定，林男因精神疾病犯案，判決無罪，但令入適當處所監護3年。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，林男自大學二年級起有因精神疾病就醫的紀錄；他開庭時泣訴，「吃藥」就被認為「不正常」，又服藥後會昏沉難受，所以自行停藥。法院調查，日本去年9月9日將釣魚台列嶼國有化前，林姓男子到外公家出現幻聽，他聽到外公喊「飛機來了！」感覺外公遭邪靈附身，耳際又出現「殺了惡靈，你就可拯救世界。」因此拿水果刀與剪刀，朝外公心臟狂刺8、9刀；外公倒在血泊中時，謎之聲告知「可以停了」，他才罷手；外公送醫救治至今年1月死亡。
