郭瑤琪涉貪案定讞 啟動防逃機制

前交通部長郭瑤琪被控在台北車站招標案中收受廠商二萬美元賄款，昨天遭判八年定讞。台北地檢署今天指出，已啟動防逃機制。

判決指出，南仁湖集團為搶標台北車站大樓整建營運及商場租標案，負責人李清波涉嫌於民國九十五年間，指示他人將二萬美元裝入茶葉罐，交給郭瑤琪。郭瑤琪事後在交通部部務會報對標案關切。

法院審理期間，郭瑤琪一度遭判無罪，但台灣高等法院更一審認為收款與職務構成對價，改判有罪。
