U2主唱悼念曼德拉　讚揚「寧多笑不多哭」

【李彥初／綜合報導】南非前總統曼德拉昨逝世，他生前好友、樂團U2主唱波諾（Bono），在《時代》雜誌網站撰文悼念曼德拉。首先，他感謝曼德拉多年來對他在政治活動方面的啟發，更稱讚曼德拉長年對南非自由、救助貧困及關心愛滋病患者的貢獻。
 
波諾指曼德拉生前寧願多笑而不多哭，更指曼德拉是一個充滿魅力與幽默的男人。此外，貝克漢也在網路上張貼上和曼德拉合照，感念寫道:「Thank You.」
