瓦斯漲價挨批　中油：冬季用量大才漲價

【唐鎮宇／台北報導】行政院長江宜樺點名台灣中油對於瓦斯調漲等問題沒有有效回應輿情，關於液化石油氣調漲惹民怨，中油今強調，我國的調價參考標準與日、韓相同，都是參考沙烏地阿拉伯國營石油公司公告液化石油氣合約離岸價CP（Contract Price）為計價指標，冬天需求量較大，因此價格較高。

中油解釋，12月液化石油氣由上月的每公噸895美元調高到1162.5美元，大漲3成，依調價機制計算，每公斤原應漲8.4元，換算20公斤裝的桶裝瓦斯會調漲168元，但考量桶裝瓦斯為民生必需品，為避免影響物價，最後中油實際僅調漲1元，自行吸收7.4元，等於每桶桶裝瓦斯，中油替消費者吸收148元，目前20公斤裝桶裝瓦斯，中油累積已吸收193元。

中油表示為避免民間囤積桶裝瓦斯致安全疑慮，不宜提早公布調價，未來若調價會公開說明。
