冬季風暴來襲　美中西部急凍

【國際中心╱綜合外電報導】來自北極的冬季風暴「克萊翁」（Cleon），4日開始橫掃美國幾乎整個中西部的北部地區，氣溫驟降並降下大量冰雪，預料它的威力將會持續一周，不只北部陷入零下29℃甚至更冷的急凍世界，南部也同樣寒冷。

中西部最北的明尼蘇達州，部份積雪達1公尺，引發近200起車禍，至少五起有人喪生。蒙州北部哈佛市（Havre）連續三日超凍，料最低溫零下34℃。氣象專家說該州「30、40年未遇過如此早來兼持久的寒流」。

西部科羅拉多州也遭寒流襲擊，丹佛市已積雪約10公分，氣溫到下周都會持續在零下6.7℃左右，西岸加州糧倉中央谷地也發出極寒警告，恐影響收成。
