郭瑤琪涉收賄 更二審8年徒刑定讞

前交通部長郭瑤琪被控在台北車站招標案中，收受廠商2萬美元賄款；最高法院今天維持高院更二審認定，判郭瑤琪8年徒刑定讞。 檢方表示，南仁湖集團為搶標台北車站商場租標案，負責人李清波涉嫌指示他人將2萬美元裝入茶葉罐，交給郭瑤琪。郭瑤琪事後在交通部部務會報對標案關切。北檢將郭瑤琪依貪污治罪條例起訴，但法院一、二審時都認為，郭瑤琪縱使收2萬美元，但未對招標案有具體指示或影響，南仁湖集團最後也未參與投標，認定收款與職務並無構成對價，判她無罪。檢方上訴，高院更一審改判有罪。更二審判決郭瑤琪8年徒刑。最高院今天維持高院更二審認定，判郭瑤琪8年徒刑定讞。
