【短片】水上商圈做公益　義工加碼捐助

【簡志偉／嘉義報導】嘉義縣水上商圈今天舉辦愛心義賣活動，這場邁入第10年的水上年度盛事，受到大環境不景氣影響，和去年募得的43萬相比，今年仍募到近40萬元，不僅讓發起人林怡菁鬆一口氣，6弱勢團體也同時受惠。
 
這場由民間自發性籌辦的愛心義賣活動，不但沒向公部門申請經費補助，且設攤業者不計成本，所得全數也都捐出，因為他們認為「這是水上人共同的驕傲」；林怡菁說，辦愛心義賣活動，很多義工除自告奮勇加入外，有的甚至加碼捐助。
