美副總統拜登下周亞洲行　防空識別區成焦點

【李忠謙／綜合外電報導】中國頒布東海防空識別區後，東北亞局勢急遽升高。美國副總統拜登12月2日起將赴亞洲訪問，計畫走訪日本、中國、南韓等地。預料拜登將與日本發表聯合聲明，對中國的防空識別區強硬表態。他也將赴北京與中國國家主席習近平見面，直接了解中方的想法。

共同社報導，拜登3日將與日本首相安倍晉三會談，4日則安排與習近平等中國領導人見面，可能會就中國如何運用東海防空識別區進行磋商。共同社稱，拜登從習近平擔任國家副主席時起便與其建立私人關係，其外交手腕備受注目。俄羅斯之聲分析，拜登可能從中日與日韓矛盾中取利，迫使日本向「跨太平洋夥伴協議」（TPP）傾斜。
