全國商業總會理事長12月17日將改選，原本如囊中物的北市商業會理事長王應傑大意失荊州，在現任理監事投票中小輸兩票，由鄉林建設董事長賴正鎰取得先機。

不過，商業總會理事長張平沼仍給王賴兩人一個星期時間私下協商，希望獲得最圓滿結果。

商總原應在今年 5月初改選，因東森集團總裁王令麟遭判刑定讞，改由王應傑、賴正鎰出馬角逐，雙方互不相讓，競爭激烈。

王應傑由於在商總歷任各項重要業務，並輔佐王令麟、張平沼兩位理事長業務推動，等於是扮演 1/5理事長的角色，對於此次商總理事長改選，他頗有自信，可說是「準備好了」。

知情人士指出，今年 5月商總加入很多小型產業公會會員，與商總及王應傑的淵源不深，加上賴正鎰這幾個月慇勤拜訪，跑遍所有公會理事長，選情反不如原先預期會一面倒向王應傑，而爆出冷門。

該名人士說，29日舉行的理監事投票，賴正鎰以兩票之差獲勝，但在日前封箱的公會理事長民調，賴正鎰則大獲全勝。（中央社）
