【孫英哲／彰化報導】３１歲的二林鎮青年洪挺凱，頂著屏科大生物機電研究所的高學歷，返鄉種稻，堅持不使用化學農藥，還採日曬法灑稻，他今天捐出一分地的水稻收成給喜樂保育院，並割出愛心造型的稻田，讓支持其自然農法的力寶龍公司員工前來幫忙割稻，他的學弟妹二林高中管弦樂團則是圍著愛心稻田演奏，刑成一幅相當和諧的畫面。
