我現在竹北科技園區工作 待了5個月 公司流動率很大 福利不好 沒有三節 年終聽說錢不多 最近工作量增加 事情很多 公司同事也抱怨 加班到10點多 沒有加班費 責任制 所以我想要在12月中旬離職 然後希望可以在這個時候找到工作 不想等到年後 因我不喜歡待業的時間無事可做 但聽說年底不好找工作 即使有職缺 也可能是屎缺 請問真的是這樣嗎? 請大家給我點建議吧~! 感激不盡~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.110.145.116
