衛生老兵開砲：食安差　竟無人辭職負責

【蔡明樺／台北報導】食不安心致民怨沸騰，高雄醫學大學藥學院長、前衛生署管制藥品管理局長李志恒今在「2013全國食品安全會議」上，以衛生署(衛福部前身)老兵身分沉痛指出，過去蔣經國總統時代，教育部長蔣彥士因花蓮沉船事件主動下台負責，而今食品安全連環爆，卻沒人請辭負責，李砲轟：「現在有哪位政務官有此風骨？」此話一出，台下熱烈鼓掌；他並說，食安會議一開再開，解決問題的方法早就有了，「關鍵在沒有執行力，缺乏劍及履及的決心」。  

李志恒形容，政務官像董事長，須為政策負責，事務官像總經理，主導政策執行，以三聚氰胺為例，國內用的還是19世紀的檢驗方法，「事務官要充實學能，跟上時代」；他強調，食安問題是人民對政府的信心問題，食安一再出包，執政黨若不以國安層級的高度來處理，恐有執政危機 。
