台鐵搶通恢復通車　1萬8千人受害

【李姿慧／台北報導】台鐵今清晨6時34分起七堵-五堵間東線(10公里500公尺處)電車線三腳架疑似傾斜，造成東線中斷無法行車，只能單線雙向通車，造成列車大誤點，台鐵進場搶修，約上午10時完成搶通，恢復行車，台鐵統計，一早已影響45列累計誤點1800分鐘，平均每班延誤40分鐘，造成18000人受影響，其中有8列誤點超過45分鐘達全額退費標準。
