馬英九：肥胖問題成國家危機　跨部門揪減重

【張博亭／台北報導】總統馬英九今出席「2013台灣全球健康論壇」時指出，我國肥胖問題已漸成國家危機，透過跨部門合作，從政府到社區進行小額捐油、揪團減重，以「聰明吃，快樂動，天天量體重」的健康方式，從2011年至今，3年來以號召200萬人，成功減重300萬公斤。
 
馬英九說，台灣推動酒駕零容忍政策，修法將血液酒精濃度合法上限值降低至0.03％，從今年1到8月的酒駕肇事傷亡率降低54％，而酒類商品銷售率也降低約40％到50％，這些都是透過跨部門的政策力量來完成。
