陸資可來台買房

現在陸資來台買房已經是假議題了。

也只是段暫拉抬，終究還是會跟著市場需求下降，
中國黃禍，奶粉也掃貨，黃金也掃貨，底特律破產房子沒人要中國也帶團去掃，
香港回歸時候房價暴跌也去掃，德國房子也一堆中國人去買...

關鍵在於他們想撿便宜，該來的早就來了，
前幾年房仲不是說一堆都是大陸人有錢人買的?

那現在台灣房價在世界評比都是不適合投資的價格了，
有什麼理由讓大陸人死都要來台灣買?

現在丟出這個議題，只是繼續再榨乾台灣人，
再多找一些絕望只得買的白老鼠進來被套牢而已...

讓明年GDP不要因為房市崩盤而狂降甚至轉負...
但是目前絕望的人太多了，已經不是硬著頭皮買，
而是根本一輩子不買了，所以是不是真的可以靠陸資撐上天價，
讓我們2014繼續看下去...
