【動新聞】建商「先租再買」　估年報酬3%

【地產中心／綜合報導】近期房市狀況不佳，建商推出特殊銷售手法「先租再買」，租滿後欲買，租金可抵房價，或估算年報酬率有3%。

政大二期重劃區的新案「政大大師」規劃55~80坪產品，推出先租再買方案，月租金3.5至4.5萬元不等，租滿2年後若有意購買，租金可抵房價。北市大安區的「璽朵瑞安」規劃12.4~19.5坪產品，提供包租2年，估每年報酬率3%。
