走私陸膠囊兜售 宣稱有壯陽效果

台中市民羅姓男子透過友人從大陸走私「男根寶精華素」膠囊來台，經由電台及遊覽車司機對外宣稱有壯陽效果，以每顆150元，透過宅配、向遊覽車乘客販售，經調查員查獲，並查扣3萬287顆膠囊，檢察官昨訊後，裁定羅男等5人分別以3萬至10萬交保。

調查局台中市調查處接獲檢舉監控查出，羅男（58歲）等人透過黃男自100年間起，以每顆「男根寶精華素」膠囊30元的代價，自大陸以行李夾帶方式走私來台，委由邱男包裝。

再由羅男以所經營的台中市大雅區某食品行，免費推銷給遊覽車司機，經由電台及遊覽車司機對外宣稱具有威而鋼的壯陽效果，以每顆150元，透過宅配、向遊覽車乘客銷售，販賣給不特定人。
