拉脫維亞里加市大樓塌 北市救難隊待命

波羅的海國家拉脫維亞首都里加市中心一棟賣場大樓發生大爆炸，整棟大樓倒塌，至少造成40人死亡，還有70多人埋在瓦礫堆下。里加市為北市姊妹市之一，我國駐拉脫維亞代表葛光越22日晚間緊急以電話連絡台北市長郝龍斌，請求北市提供救援，北市特種救難大隊已待命，隨時待命出發。

北市府發言人張其強表示，北市也計畫動用預備金，協助姊妹市，緊急採購必要的醫療物資，搶救還埋在瓦礫底下的里加市民。

他說，郝市長也在22日晚間函電里加市長，表達台北市的關心，並示若有搶救上需要，會立刻派出救難隊。
