「基音」出精選　否認10年之癢

【陳泓銘／綜合報導】英國樂團「基音」（Keane）出道10年推出精選輯，卻被爆樂團將解散，主唱湯姆坦承：「基音將暫時休息，自己則專心籌備首張個人專輯，其他團員也有各別計劃，但絕非媒體報導的永久解散，請歌迷放心。」
 
基音自2004年推出首張專輯以來，5張專輯創下1100萬張專輯累積銷售，每一張都空降英國金榜冠軍，僅次於披頭四連續7張冠軍紀錄。近10年來，基音不斷地創作與巡演，讓他們坦承「有點累了」，也萌生想休息的念頭，卻被媒體解讀成永久解散，主唱湯姆說：「基音已經忙了好多年，我們想好好休息一下，沒想到被誤解成基音要解散了。」
 
湯姆表示，基音的巡迴演唱會行程已經告一段落，團員很自然地追求其他發展，「我已經構思個人專輯很久了，現在是付諸實行的完美時機。」基音首張精選輯《十年精選+新歌The Best Of Keane》雙CD已在台發行。
