【短片】帶幼童在馬路中央跳舞　3人被捕

【國際中心／綜合外電報導】美國芝加哥周四出現怪異街景，一輛越野休旅車行駛到繁忙的十字路口時突然停下，車內2男1女共3名成人帶著4名稚齡孩童，攀上車頂跳舞。此舉導致附近街道大塞車，交通一團亂，有路人上前勸阻，但這家人置之不理。
 
事發在上周四下午1時15分左右，不少路人瞠目結舌之餘，拿起手機拍攝。有人將影片放上YouTube，網友留言聲稱，這家人來自亞歷桑納州，在馬路中央跳舞，是為了討錢籌措回鄉旅費。最後3名成人被警方逮捕，並控以疏忽照顧孩童的罪名，4名孩童則由當地社會福利部門託管。
