大統黑心油改包裝賣？　中市：全面監督

【曾雪蒨／台中報導】彰化驚傳大統下游廠商因無法退費可能改包裝轉賣，對此台中市衛生局食品藥物科長陳淑惠表示將「引以為戒，全面監督包商，嚴禁改包裝再賣，絕不讓這種情況在台中市發生。」
 
陳淑惠科長說，台中市這次涉及黑心油風暴中兩家主要油品大廠福懋與福壽公司，都已建立接受下游廠商與消費者下架回收退款機制，其中福懋回收上萬瓶油品早已經運往嘉義改製成生質柴油，至於福壽公司從西班牙進口葡萄籽油添加銅葉綠素疑雲雖仍在調查中，但2011年起到目前進口的20噸葡萄紫油，回收後都封存在福壽公司工廠內，未來等偵查終結也將以福懋模式，轉送製成生質柴油再利用，確保民眾食用安全。
