西印度卡車超速翻覆 22死32傷

警方表示，印度西南部卡納塔卡省(Karnataka)的貝爾高姆市(Belgaum)附近，1條坑坑洞洞的道路，今天(16日)凌晨發生卡車超速翻車的事故，最少造成22人死亡、32人受傷。

當地警方表示，這條道路是與公路相接的便道，路況不佳、多坑洞；死傷民眾都是農民，正要前往當地幫忙收割甘蔗；而在死者當中，包括10名兒童和3名婦女。

印度是世界上交通事故死亡人數最多的國家，每年有11萬人死在道路上，而多數的車禍都因為駕駛不慎、道路維修不良、以及汽車老舊。
