職災勞工心理創傷　勞團籲重視

【唐鎮宇／台北報導】台灣職業安全健康連線等勞團今召開記者會，指依勞保統計，去年每1千位勞工中約有6人遇到職災，職災不只會對勞工造成身體損害，勞工和家屬也會有巨大心理創傷，呼籲政府重視。
 
台灣勞工陣線秘書長孫友聯說，曾輔導過一名40多歲的職業駕駛，在工作中中風，被勞保局判定為職災；中風後因雙腳無力、走路緩慢，能力僅恢復7、8成，公司將他改調至內勤；但原本自認為「車神」的他，薪水大幅減少2、3萬元，還連帶併發憂鬱症，每天進公司都會想哭。
 
台灣職業安全健康連線執行長黃怡翎說，但在今年衛福部心理健康司或勞委會預算中，並未看到扶助勞工心理健康的預算，若以心理諮商費用每小時1200元計，失業或低所得的勞工根本負擔不起。呼籲2部會應進行跨部會合作，建立專責職災勞工家庭心理健康支持系統，並研擬方案協助職災勞工重回職場，對職災勞工身心與復職職務進行評估。
