蕭敬騰（老蕭）日前以500萬酬勞代言線上遊戲《笑傲江湖》，並拍攝〈滄海一聲笑〉MV，他說想成為「令狐沖」維持正義。他近來因潑糞案煩心，網友不負責的謾罵更讓他心寒，想籌備「官方網站」讓發言的人都能為言論負責，杜絕謾罵。

他日前遭網友攻擊：「是你以前壞事做太多。」令他感到難過失望，原想關掉臉書和微博，但公司勸說「要為在乎的人而開」，才讓他打消念頭，但也表示可能自設官方網站，讓留言粉絲都能在意「身分」，為自己言論負責。

潑糞案事發20天，案情陷入膠著，被指是藏鏡人的日籍粉絲Yuki也尚未被約談，南港分局偵查隊長黃水願昨表示：「我們不能跟著媒體辦案，證據到哪，一定辦到哪。」Yuki與她的助理梁倚珊昨關機，未回應。
