西國音樂家被告噪音求刑20個月

美聯社報導，27歲的西班牙鋼琴家拉亞．馬汀因鄰居覺得她多年來噪音擾人而被告，檢方15日求刑20個月。馬汀當天在法庭內拭淚，但在庭後拒絕發表意見。

檢察官艾瑪．魯茲說，職業鋼琴家馬汀應該為製造噪音而被處16個月徒刑，另外還需為「引發鄰居心理傷害」而被處4個月徒刑，合計共20個月。馬汀的鄰居同時還告了馬汀的雙親。

魯茲還要求馬汀不得參加職業鋼琴表演6個月。

此案由於檢方求處重刑，在西班牙赫羅納地區讓許多人覺得不可思議。承審法官預料將在2周內宣判。
