網路上販賣手機竊聽軟體　男子二度落網

高雄市一名男子去年涉嫌在網路上販賣手機竊聽軟體，被法院判處拘役，可易科罰金；沒到想到，這名男子今年仍繼續販賣竊聽和監控軟體，二度被高雄市刑警大隊查獲。

高雄市刑大科技偵查組郭丁太組長指出，許姓嫌犯為了吸引買家注意，甚至在自製的廣告文宣寫上「有些事情，知道比不知道來的痛.....，終結外遇魔咒....」等等，許姓嫌犯販賣的手機竊聽軟體，吸引的幾乎都是徵信業者或是想要抓另一半外遇以及交往對象劈腿的民眾；此外，警方也查出，許姓嫌犯更申請網域架設「臉書」釣魚網站，用來騙取被害人帳號密碼之後，再侵入別人臉書的帳號密碼；全案偵訊後依〔妨害秘密罪〕移送法辦。
