洪仲秋案 醫官及駕駛兵不起訴

陸軍下士班長洪仲丘案件，當時陸軍二六九旅前少尉醫官呂孟穎及駕駛一兵何承錚被依業務過失致死罪嫌送辦，桃園檢方全案偵查終結，對兩人做出不起訴處分。

檢方認為被告，與洪仲丘之死亡結果，均無相當因果關係等，認為犯罪嫌疑不足。

另外，桃園地方法院審理洪仲丘案件，今天未排庭期審理。
