女腦死靠儀器續命　3個月後產子

【施旖婕╱綜合外電報導】匈牙利一名女子懷孕15周時因中風搶救無效腦死亡，醫生用儀器維持女子生命多3個月，讓腹中胎兒在第27周出生，女子的5個器官也捐給4名病人。

德布勒森大學(The University of Debrecen)昨日表示，該名31歲孕婦被證實腦死亡後，超聲波檢查顯示胎兒仍生存，故決定用儀器為孕婦「續命」，讓胎兒得以出生。到今年7月，孕婦懷孕第27周，她的血液循環變得不穩定，醫生進行剖腹分娩，為孕婦誕下嬰兒。嬰兒出生時只有1420公克重，在保溫箱住了10周，上月已出院，正健康成長。

院方目前並沒有公開嬰兒性別。醫生在孕婦產嬰後2天拔掉維生儀器，並將她的心、肝、胰、雙腎捐了給4名病人。該大學表示，懷孕15周孕婦腦死後誕嬰的個案至今僅3件，當中一名嬰兒出生後死亡。這次也是3件個案中，唯一一件孕婦捐出器官的個案。
