高市橋頭區徵才活動　媒合率4成

【陳宏瑞／高雄報導】岡山就業服務站今天上午在橋頭區公所舉辦橋頭地區現場徵才活動，提供671個工作機會，吸引350位求職者到場找工作，4個小時有110人找到工作，媒合率超過4成；不過，還是不少傳統產業找不到應徵者，不少年輕的求職者一聽到在工廠做工就「興趣缺缺」。
 
橋頭地區現場徵才活動共有24家徵才廠商參加，以電子與螺絲螺帽相關傳統等製造業最多，其中華泰電子、國巨電子、日月光半導體、楠梓電子等都是上市上櫃公司，也釋出近30位中高階工程師職缺，並有技術員、助理員等200個以上的工作機會。

26歲、家住岡山區的王裕銘說，他是第一次參加現場徵才活動，之前在高雄前鎮加工區有2年電子業技術員工作經驗，希望應徵電子業工程師。他說，日月光半導體、楠梓電子福利待遇不錯，希望能有機會。
