前旅長指關洪仲丘只形式審 審判長訓斥

洪仲丘案證人、269旅前旅長楊方漢今天下午出庭證稱，269旅禁閉室接收禁閉生，只做形式審查，因為幕僚已經批核，「逐級蓋章看過，所以我就批」，令桃園地院洪案的審判長鄭吉雄不滿。

鄭吉雄斥責，送洪仲丘關禁閉室，層層未發現洪案附件有缺漏，照樣接收洪仲丘，「報章媒體都在寫審判長怒斥，但每次你們都這樣子啊！承辦人不知搞什麼鬼，參辦幕僚都沒發現」。

鄭吉雄訓斥楊方漢，「你也是從下爬上來，那時你一定很認真負責，現在你卻只是蓋章，一世英名不就毀於一旦嗎？」
