黃世銘拒出席 立委要直搗特偵組

立法院司委會「監聽調閱專案小組」今天開會，檢察總長黃世銘不但拒絕出席，最高檢更正式發文，質疑立院是否有權調卷。也由於特偵組沒有配合調閱小組的要求提供資料，因此司委會專案小組會議今天也做成會議結論，除了要在適法性確認後發函中華電信等電信公司，調閱黃世銘等與案件有關特偵組成員的通聯記錄，另尋管道索取黃世銘進出總統府及官邸紀錄，並發函監院，要求提供與「特他字第61號卷證」有關的所有書面及光碟資料副本，會議主席民進黨立委吳宜臻並表示，調閱小組也會主動出擊，直接到最高檢，要求調閱相關資料。
