基隆小鴨抗6級風　可360度旋轉見客

【戴之聖／基隆報導】預計12月會抵達基隆港展示的黃色小鴨，其中小鴨浮台今日下午2時製作完成，這座浮台重約8噸，長寬各9公尺，製作廠商台船公司表示，有鑑於桃園的小鴨變成旱鴨，特別收集從前年到去年基隆港的風速資料，讓這座浮台可以抵抗6級陣風，到時展示浮台的4個角分別掛上浮錨，黃色小鴨絕對可以不動如山。

 發起人基隆市議長黃景泰表示，有別於其它地方，基隆的黃色小鴨是會自行360度旋轉，這樣一來民眾在任何地方都可以看到小鴨全貌，另外預計在12月初會將浮台與黃色小鴨運至西18號碼頭做測試。
