北市文山新案推先租再買　最久租2年

【鄭婷方／台北報導】台北市文山區政大二期重劃區環境清幽，該區新成屋案「政大大師｣，基地位政大二街260巷11號，規劃55~80坪、3~4房產品，將推出先租再買的推銷方案，租期最久2年，月租金3.5~4.5萬元不等。
 
「政大大師｣的專案經理胡永祥表示，每坪開價58~70萬元，最低總價3246萬元起，但須另購車位，10月已取得使用執照可交屋，將推出的可先租再買方案，會帶裝潢出租，民眾租滿2年後若有意購買，租金可抵房價，目前反應熱絡，詳情可洽02-8661-2800。
