微軟的現任CEO史蒂夫·鮑爾默即將離職，誰將成為微軟下一任CEO成為了一個令人關注的問題。根據近日路透社爆料，微軟的CEO候選人名單已經縮至五人，當然包括了大家都猜測的前諾基亞首席執行官史蒂芬·埃洛普。

根據中關村在線報導，據了解，除了埃洛普，外部候選人還有福特汽車首席執行官艾倫·穆拉利。而微軟公司內部也有三名高管入圍，包括前Skype首席執行官、現任微軟業務拓展部門負責人的托尼·貝茨(Tony Bates)，主管雲技術和企業業務的微軟執行副總裁賽特亞·德拉(Satya Nadella)，另外一位候選人並未透露。

消息稱，雖然候選人已經確定至五位，但是要最後確定還需要經過幾個月的流程才能完成。目前，微軟負責尋找CEO的委員會正在考察各個領域的高管，行業涉及生命科學與消費品。

不過對於這個消息，微軟等各方面均為做出回應。有消息透露，也有投資者向董事會建議要比爾·蓋茲辭去公司董事長職務，他們擔心如果蓋茨和鮑爾默繼續在董事會，他們就仍能對公司施加影響，妨礙微軟進行激進的改革。
